THE CONFERENCE IS FREE FOR SCIENTIFIC PARTICIPANTS. CORPORATE EXHIBITORS, ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE EXHIBITION.
The official language of the conference and of all submissions is English.
Registration includes:
– 20-minute presentation of the accepted paper by the Author. We recommend that speakers test their presentation, sounds, and videos during the break before their session starts.
– Standard types of equipment are provided at the venue such as a laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system, Projector, HDMI cable, VGA adapter and link to the online conference platform. If you have any specific needs regarding your presentation, please contact us at contact@scitope.com
– Access to all official conference sessions.
– The conference proceedings containing the accepted abstract papers.
– The final timetable of the presentations will be available a few weeks before the conference.
